Regarding Adverse Possession and Limitation Act

My Grand Father and Their Brothers got Partitioned in the Year 1957 but one of my grand father's brother sons filed a Original Suit in 2010 against My Father and My Uncles that we have encroached their land of 33 guntas. but we developed and enjoying the land from past 53 years so can we claim Adverse Possession and Limitation Act in this case as they are Cousins ?? Does any Supreme Court Judgement is in our Favor
