My Mother and my self having joint SB account. Also my mother and my self has Joint FDs accounts. Mode of operation is E or S. My mother passed away and I went and cancelled FDs and thought of withdraw the amount from Krishna district cooperative central bank.I came to know that one of my sister sent a legal notice via advocate and she also gets share in that FD amount. Since then the amount is on hold and I was told by bank manager to proceed legally to claim amount.
You and your mother have a joint saving account and FD's and mode of operation is either Survivor, may I know for these accounts and FD's who are nominees... if you opted for nominees then you can send this money to nominees.... if u have proof that this amount belongs to you and your hardcore earnings then this amount will come to you..... approach us we will help you
