Reg inheritance from deceased intestate uncle

Hi,
My mothers brother passed away in mumbai in sept 2024 . Within 10 days, his wife also passed away in chennai. They didnt have any children. We r hindus. This wife has a plot in chennai and my mother is the class 2 legal heir for which we are filing petition. But this wife who was my aunt, his brother is interested in this plot and recently the cleaned the plot. What action can we take in thia scenario. Thanks
Any normal day, the best advice would be to approach the civil court and ask for an injunction introspect of his intuition into the particular property. However, I would first advise you to 1st file the succession petition with regard to the property to decline that your mother is the class to legal hair. Subsequently, you can fight for the injunction petition.
