Refund for cancellations after 60 days under Maha Rera registered project. I tried to cancel bookings before 60 days but due to covid situation sales team didnt support me for cancellations. Can I use force marjeur as buyer? Is there any possibility that buyer can get refund? Due to uncertain situation I need to take this decision as its not easy to buy home and the again resale immediately.
Yes you definitely can take the advantage of COVID lockdown and immediately write a letter to them consisting of all the facts so as to have a correspondence on record for future proceedings. If they are adamant then Unfortunately you would have to take a legal recourse against them.
