I tried to buy a property, but during legal verification, the developers couldn’t provide key documents. I requested a refund, but now they claim I'll receive it after 90 days with a 10% deduction, despite initially promising a full refund. My payment receipt mentions cancellation charges but doesn’t cover legal issues. Should I consider legal action?
