Rectification process of my flat mention wrong wing

I had purchased a flat in and it's wrongly mentioned wing( A )which is practicaly B wing and property has been registered in 2012 and I had paid my stamp duty at that time so now I want to correct it To (B )wing so now how can I do it and just want to know that for correction again stam duty is applicable on me.
