Rectification of plot number on property papers of ancestral property

my khandani property has been partisioned over 50 year. But by mistake on paper the plot no is exchanged by other parties. Now he is claiming on that property. he is saying to exchange the property, because on paper plot number is changes. is there any possibilities to get correction on paper.

If property has been propotnatly divided among all its share holder then wrong mentioning of plot in paper will not be a major issue and on such basis one can not claim the property. Contact good lawyer apprise him about all facts, documents and act accordingly as per his advice.
