rebuilding an ancestral property

08-May-2023 (In Property Law)
My father in law rebuilt his maternal property when his mother asked him 15 years ago by taking a loan. His mother transferred the property to him under a registered gift deed since then he has been paying the amount of loan alone. Now that loan is about to get over, my father in law's sisters instigated his mother to take the house back when he denied the filed a suit against him arguing that gift deed is bad as when she transferred the house she didnot understand it being old and also she blamed him for treating her bad even though he doenst live there and she has been living there peacefully since long.so my question is what is the remedy and also is rebuilding an ancestral property can be termed as self acquired?

Yes,
disputed property shall be treated as self acquired property.
after 15 years she cannot claim back that redeveloped premises from your father in law.
if suit is filed by her then strongly contest that suit.In that suit she cannot get success.
