Re opening of final order of high court

22-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
I have purchased a property (due to lac of knowledge ) in prohibited list and same was wrongly incorporated. The registrar refused the registration .so I have filed writ petition in High court for admission of document by registrar . The final order issued by High court and order for deletion of property from 22a list within 4 weeks.week to Zilla collector. The collector has removed the same from 22a list. But registrar has to refused to admit the document and said that there no specific instruction for admission document in the final order. How can I solve the problem. Fresh writ petition required or not. Any possibility to reopen the final order already given by court.

hi yes you need to file fresh writ petition in high court as there is fresh cause of action and as that the property has been removed from prohibition list and that you could question of the action of sub registrar in refusing to register the document
