Re-marking of ancestral farming land

Sir there are two farming land both are joined.
Both the lands are ancestral property and divided into three equal parts as my grandfather were three brother. However one of the landholder holding more land than ours ideally it has to equally divided. We want re-marking of both the lands again. We also tried to resolve the issue in discussions with partners but in vain.
Kindly tell the way to resolve the issue legally and slightly fast. Also I am serving in defence and my father is a diabetic.
