Dear sir my grandfather passed away on 2005 he has 3 sons and two daughter then how to spilt the properties to all

your grandfather's wife if she is alive she will get 1 share all the sons and daughters will get 11 share culture for all if there is any family compromise just the 4 by writing a partition deed. if no-one is cooperating for the partition for Anita amicable share then you should put to divide the property or share the property
