Question regarding Property succession issue with my siblings

28-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
I have 6 siblings(2 Sisters and 4 brothers). My father is willing to give me more share than to my siblings, since I have contributed more to my family than others. So I want to know is it legally okay to perform such act. And is it mandatory that all my siblings should agree to my father's decision and sign in the agreement?

In this case, There is no such Bill. But father can will only his self acquired property to one family member. This will not applicable to inherited property i.e. in case of ancestral property, the ancestral property will be distributed equally amongst all the successors. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.
