Query w.r.t relinquishment deed.

04-Dec-2024 (In Property Law)
The property, registered under "Mr. A and Sons," is leased under Salami Bhada for over 12 years. After Mr. A's passing (a Hindu), his legal heirs—wife, daughter, and two sons (including me)—have agreed to transfer their rights to me via a relinquishment deed, making me sole owner. We do not plan to update the name of registered ownership. Clarification is sought on the deed's validity given the lease and any time limitations. Also please guide with the steps of registration.

A relinquishment deed is perfectly valid document by which some persons relinquish their right title and interest in the property in your favour and after executing relinquishment deed those persons will not have any right over the property that they relinquish. No time limitation is there. We can execute the relinquishment deed please call us
