I am a Hindu married lady. My mom has a pagdi system room in Mumbai. Now will the tenancy right be passed to me after her death? What should I do in this matter? Should I sell this room to the landlord or third party so that I get its benefit ?

You can inherit pagadi room after your mother's death. If you want to sell that room. Then you may incur economic loss because. For Transfer of tenancy right landlords permission is necessary and also you must have to pay some portion of consideration
