Query regarding Membership in Society

The society has made a complaint to the Dy.Registrar for removal of membership . My membership was approved by the society in 2022 by the MC. Now after 2 years the society sends me a legal notice that my membership is not correct and bad in law. I stated that they should give me in writing within the stipulated timeframe if there was any objection . But they state that it law of limitation applies. Please advise if this is correct by the society.

Dear client based on your question, if your membership was approved in 2022 by the MC ,it is presumed valid unless proven otherwise. If the society failed to raise objection to your membership within the stipulated timeframe,their objection now could be considered time - barred. For detailed discussion feel free to contact us.
