Query regarding Interlocutory applications(I.A)

Dear sir/madam, nI am Plaintiff files Interlocutory applications(I.A) before court of law and was successfully served to the adverse party then in how much time impliedly or automatically the adverse party will have to reply about I.A application and after that it barred under the Limitation Act or under CPC. nMy I.A are pending from last one year in court suit file and whole case got stucked.How can I resolve this issue to move case ahead?

If IAs are pending it is certainly a lack of urgency on part of ur counsel. File urgent hearing application for hearing on IAs . If then also the court refues to hear or the opposite party uses dilatory tactics then get a direction from high court for speedy disposal of IAs and also the entire civil suit.
