Pusthuthi paath details enquiry regarding

Respected sir/madam
Near to our agriculture land there is a pathway running in private property with seperate sub division and patta is given in that land owner name but mentioned with pusthithi paath..
Weather this path is accessible to public or land owner only?
We have to peruse the land documents and see the sketch of the property as well as the pathway. If the land Patta is in the name of the owner, then everything above and below the land belongs to the owner only.
However, if the pathway is giving any hindrance to you we can definetly redress the issue and provide a solution for the problem.
