Purpose of construction -childrens Park Vs social Building

Promotor allotted 10000sq land for Park . It was approved by DCP/DTCP during 1986. A Gift deed was executed for ROAD, DRAINAGE, PARK ETC. in favour of the local corporation. Now, Corporation wants to build some building instead of Park. we , the residents of the promotors plots, wants only Park and nothing else. How can we protect our rights.
A representation can be sent tot je concerned authorities. On receipt of the same we can proceed to contest the case before the Hon’ble High Court of Madras. The case will be decided on merits. There is a fair chance to win the case.
