We are purchasing agricultural land parcel in Uran Taluka so need legal help for title search and to make sure everything is fine.

While purchasing of agricultural land there are several things you need to take care. Firstly you need to possess a Farmer's Certificate for our purchasing an agricultural land. If you do not have a farmer's certificate the seller has to seek permission for change is used of land. Finally you need to take search of last 30 year and also need to confirm the same is free from any mortgage.
