Respected Sir/Madam, Date : 07.04.2023nSubject : Purchasing an unregistered flat in a Registered Housing Society with Conveyance Deed in Andheri (West), Mumbai.Part A :nIn year 1981, a Society was formed and registered as Bank Employees Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Andheri (W), Mumbai hereinafter referred as the ‘said Society’.The said Society purchased a parcel of land from landlord and got it conveyed to it through a Conveyance Deed.The said society then proposed to develop the said plot of land and through an AGM (Annual General Meeting) in the year 1981 allotted the flat to its members. nThe ‘Share Certificate’ were issued to its members in the said building in the year 1983.The building construction was completed and in the year 1987 Occupancy Certificate (OC) was issued to the said building.Part B:nNow I wish to purchase a flat in the said Society from the original owner of a flat no. B5. nThe owner has the original Share Certificate for flat B5 in his name

Well, If you want to purchase a Flat in the Employees Co-operative Housing Society Limited, then, you should go for the Title Search first and on getting a favorable Title Report, you should invest in this Property.
