Purchased development rights owner refusing conveyance deed

purchased developement rights in 1985 stamp duty not paid constructed premises and leased out the owner since years refuses to conveyance. please inform what is the remedy ?

please share more details and information also please provide details in separate sentences for better clarity and understanding so as to give you better and appropriate advise.

You can send legal notice to the Owner and ask him to sign and execute the conveyance deed.

If the owner still refuses then you can file civil suit for execution of conveyance deed.

Once the civil suit is filed, then the owner can not refuse to execute the conveyance deed.
