Purchase of Housing Property with join name of 2 Friends is allowed?

Can we purchase a house and get it registered in two names of friends, this Property is under Auction from a Bank.
if you are not members of one family you will not be registered as joint owners of a property. If you form a partnership or company, trust, or society with those friends as members cr as directors as the case may be, then you can register a non agricultural property in that name.
