Purchase of flat not yet registered

I want to purchase a flat, where the seller has taken possession of the flat from the builder after paying the full amount in 2007, but has not yet registered it. What is the process for it if I want a home loan to purchase?

dear client as per query since there is no registration of the property so you need to take the possession letter from the builder as you want to buy that flat so that so you can get home loan on the property...
