Purchase of agricultural land in the name of company

I want to buy Agricultural land and want to know if we can buy in company name ? If yes, then do we need to apply for some permission ?

You can buy Agril land in the name of company while registration and if you desire to use said land for non Agril purpose you have to take permission for use of that ksnwit may take after purchase.

Yes u can purchase the agriculture land in ur company's name. U have to prepare a proposal as to why and what pur purpose u have to buy it and submite it to the collector of that district and obtain permission from him and the department concern environment officer etc.
