Purchase a agricultured land who is not farmer but married with farmer

I am a maharashtrian mail farmer and available documents 7/12 & married with non farmer lady who is not a farmer, after our marriage does she considered as farmer by law & in this case wheather She can buy a new agricultered land or not? If the money is paid by husband does it allow?
