Psttaya land purchased has only partial possession m

i have bought 3 acres of land with pattayam as per the boudaries shawn by the seller and land registered in my land and full amount paid. Later when a survey conducted, it was found only 1 acres in the sy number shawn in pattayam, balance 2 acres are adjusent land under somebody's possession. What is the legal remadies?
you can file petitions before land tribunal and civil court. prior to that you have to collect details regarding the land including survey records. you can approach before civil court to get recovery of possession also
