Dear client,
As per the details provided by you I would suggest that the Land officers are not the last authorities they are merely public servants so once your petition for mutation is rejected you can file an appeal to the said order before the LRTT or a writ before the Honble' High Court and your purpose will be served. If you a valid title and no Civil court's is pending to the property then they are bound to record your name

Hi
I read your matter very carefully I want to know the recent status of the matter personally .
Also I suggested you to file Constitutional Writ at High Court Calcutta.
And before that we have do some other legal procedure.
Everything is taken care by me and my team.

At first let me know how you became the absolute owner of the property. If there is any proof of ownership in your name? If you have the proof ownership like any gift deed or probate or any other documents then please show it before the land officer. For further information please contact a civil lawyer.
