Protest Petition and Telegram sent to sub registrar

I sent protest petition and telegram to sub registrar at the time of registration my land through POA by my agent with out my knowledge. the registrar stopped the registration and give us time to settle but the opposite party not cooperated with me.
and exactly one week my property registered without my knowledge.
can i file suite
If I understood right your land was sold and registered by your power of attorney agent without your knowledge. Once power given the agent need not inform you unless there is such condition in the document. You could have cancelled the POA and it would have solved the issue.
