We will have to see whether the seller is available or not. There cannot be a sale deed only in respect of the roof rights alone. The only way around which can be worked out seems to be to get a rectification deed registered where in it will be mentioned That the the purchase was with a friend instead of without roof rights and the same was mentioned in advertently. This can be done only by managing and not in routine manner.
