Property was already distributed sister filed case father's property

we are 4 me and 3 sisters got married before 1985.my father had 32acres.1st sister got 10000rs,2nd sister got 6acres and 3rd sister got 5.5acres as their shares for their marriages before 1985.my father and i partitioned remaining properties orally among relatives.i got 11.5acres and my father got 9acres as our shares.my father gave his share to 2nd sister in 2009 and it got through court in 2014,my father deid in 2011.now 1st sister sent notice for partition.my doubt is 1. wil i loose more if partition takes place 2.father's share already given to 2nd sister will it be included in partition
