Property Transfer to single owner already registered with 3 joint owne

Hi, We are having a household property in Ghaziabad registered under 3 names of myself, brother and father. I want to ask what is the process if I want it to be registered under my name only after after offline settlement with my brother and father? Will I have to pay registration charges again in this case?

The best and safest way, to avoid all legal problems in future, the registered sale deed of your brother and father's share by them in your name. You have to bear registration charges for your father's and brother's share only. For further legal assistance you can contact me
