Property Transfer Through Settlement

I would like to do internal transfer property by relinquishing rights of the property to other owner through settlement against goods supplied.
You can do so by executing a Written or Electronically Printed Contract with him. Don't forget to put clause of Place of Jurisdiction in cases Disputes arises between the Parties to the Contract in future.
