I want to transfer my property in name of my daughter in law. Please help with the process.

You can do it either through a gift deed which will be saving your stamp duty. Or a will to that effect. If you are willing to pay the stamp duty to the transfer of the property then you can transfer the property to her name from the registry. Contact for the detailed understanding.
