Property transfer by son to father without wife's consent

My husband transferred a house which he bought in his own earnings after our marriage to his father's name as settlement. We have have 2 little girls. This settlement by him was done without my permission and knowledge. Can I claim the house for my children 's future. We are Hindus.

you cannot dispute any settlement which is made by the free will Jass Bajwa husband so if your husband can dispose the property at a free will to anybody including his father so you cannot question the settlement deed but when your husband is without a mental capacity or undue influence or any other threatening circumstances and suspicious circumstances if the property is transferred then you can challenge that
