Sir mere papa ka death 21st January 2025 ho gaya hai ab hamko unke naam pe jo property hai usko transfer karna hai mere naam pe mai unka only son hoo aur meri mataji aur mere 2 bahan hai jinme se ek ki shadi ho chuki hai aur meri ek bahan dimaagi roop se kamjor hai jo ghar se bahar nahi nikal sakti .. sir / madam please provide the complete details of property transfer in this scenario ,
