Property rights of my daughter

My father in law own a house in his name which has been purchased by selling of his ancestral property of village. This house is also my matrimonial house. However i am now staying with my husband in rented accommodation. My father in law has 3 son and 2 daughters. He is about to sell this house and give equal share to his 3 son. My husband stating that he will donate his share of property to his elder brother. I do not want my husband to donate his share to his brother since I need to secure that money for my daughter's future. What method can i adopt to stop my husband from donating his share to his elder brother. Can my husband donate his property since that is now the ancestral property of my daughter.

yes your husband has full rights in his fathers property been the son of his father.
but your daughter is having full rights in his fathers share in anscestral property tht she can claim from her father as wella s from his grandfather. it can be done from the help of the court by filling a case

You cannot stop your husband to sell the property or donate the share and the property which he will be getting after the sale of the property. But, there is a way in which you can file a complaint under domestic violence act for the residential order in the matrimonial home. By this It will be difficult for your father-in-law to sell the property as it will become disputed. After that you can ask your husband to transfer the share in your name or in the name of your daughter so that our future is secure. This way you can stop your husband from donating the property.
