Property Related Problem among Heirs (Mother,Son and Daughter )

24-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather had his own house. He has one son and one daughter. He made a will that • Half part of the house will get his daughter once he will die (In back portion of house) • After his death his wife (Grandmother) will be the owner of the remaining part of the property .After her death (Grandmother) son will be the owner of that part. But my grandfather sold that back half part of the house when he was alive .This one as per law will be allocated to daughter after his death (grandfather) Now grandfather died & my grandmother in her life did not make any will .Now she also died. After her death (Grand Mother) son first changed the property owner name from father name (Grandfather) to (Grandmother), then changed owner from mother name (GrandMAA) to himself. Now my question is can daughter claim property from her mother as daughter has not received any thing from parental property and her father sold the back property (which will be owner of daughter) when he was alive

This is my response to you:
1. You can send a legal notice;
2. You can then feel the need to file a suit in the civil court;
3. You must also first show your documents to a lawyer;
4. Let him/her verify the contents of the document;
5. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
