Property related enquiry. Plz suggest me some solution

As per my mother's will she want to give her all property to her son. She made the legal will also.and she's alive now. Can i claim any share in that property. I am her daughter and I am married.

A person has a right to make her will. However, this right has its limitations. A will cannot be made as per the whims and fancy of someone. In order to understand and exercise your right to property you may meet us in person and discuss your case in detail. Brij Mohan (Adv.)

It totally depends that whether those properties are ancestral properties or self-acquired. Because in the case of self-acquired properties it is on the will of the person to whom it wants to transfer through will or gift deed. But in the case of ancestral property, all the legal heirs have equal right of the property. Please contact me for further details as I would require proper details to guide you ahead.
