Property Registration related question

16-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
I am registering a property under my name. I would like to add my spouse as a joint owner of the property however my spouse does not have an Adhar card or PAN card ? Is it possible for me to register the property under my name and then add her name as a joint owner at a later time once she obtains the Adhar card and PAN card ?

In this case, you like to add your spouse name when you registration itself and further you can't add the name later you can add like some other method like a settlement or gift deed and one more like to say if she has any other documents like driving licence, the voter id and passport also acceptable. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.

Even now also you can add your spouse as joint owner through settlement deed. For settlement PAN is not mandatory even if the Sub Registrar asking you can file Form 60. Aadhar is also not mandatory you can file any government authorised I'd proof like, voter id, driving licence etc.
