Property Registration in India without physical presence
01-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
My brother in law( NRI) due to some health issues want to sell his property to me (NRI) . He couldn't come to India. so,
1. He gave PoA to my mom in India
2. Life certificate that he is alive ( recent one, validity 30 days?
I couldn't immediately come to India for registration. Can I give PoA, Life certificate to my mom and who can execute the transfer of deed in my name? Please suggest alternatives too.
Thanks in advance for your esteemed answers.
As ur brother in law has given POA to ur mother, u can't give POA to ur mother itself..as the power agent of both the buyer and seller can't be same..you can give POA to someone inorder to execute the deed on your behalf..
