Your married sisters can very well challenge the registered Will of your mother after your mother's demise. Your sisters being the legal heirs of your mother can do so. Feel free to contact me for seeking any further legal advice as regards the same.

Yes. anyone can challenge a Will even if it is registered. However after a proper trial and putting relevant evidence on record in most cases the property devolves upon the person on whose name it is bequeathed.

Dear client ,
based on your question If a will is made in your name by your mother then the married sister has no right in claiming the property.
This needs a detailed discussion but we do need to verify the documents as well.
For further discussion feel free to contact us.
