Property Registered on Wife Name

My husband has purchased the property on my name, I am housewife only, all payment transactions from his income from gulf country.
Income tax issued notice to me, I declared that all payment from my husband from NRI and NRO account and he was not available during time, so I went to office and behalf of him my name only used.my husband having all documents
now dispute, husband filed ownership declaration, permanent injunction suit.
1) court can declare husband is owner by this docs?

Firstly, Income Tax dispute and ownership dispute regarding the same property are two separate issues and litigations. Now, since you yourself say that the consideration for purchasing the said property was made by your husband, there remains no basis for you to be claiming the ownership and title.
