HI Sir, i buy resale property in new mumbai kharghar i gived all mony property registrations also done but they still not gived me passion becouse there leaving oold owner sister she told i dont give you before december 2016 so please suggest what i do?
Hello Sir,
If you have already paid for the said flat and the Flat is also registered in your name, and in the Agreement if it is mentioned that you are handed over the Posession of the Flat, then you will have to File a Civil Suit for Injunction of your possessions stating that you are already in Posession of the Flat as per the title and the previous owner is trying to out throw you of your Posession.
And if in the Agreement it is mentioned as that YOU WILL BE GIVEN Posession, then you will need to file a Civil Suit for Posession of the said flat on the basis of the Title in your favour.
