property partition doubt about fathers house

hi i am an indian women settled in abroad with husband, his parents aged and getting ill but we cannot move to india now , his sister wanted a house near his house area , if we give her our house as lease for 10 years for free she just need to take care his parents only we will take parents hospital and living expenses do we need to get give partition again if we sell that house after lease period because she already got dowry at the time of her marriage? can somebody help
First of all you have to mention whether the property belongs to your husband or your parents
My opinion is that you can very well execute a rent deed instead of executing lease so that you can effectively evacuate then in case any dispute arise in future
