Property papers issue (transfer through GPA)

I have booked a property in Uttam Nagar which was transferred through GPA In 2012 and than in 2014 it was purchased by another party through registry (sale deed). Should I buy this property? Or will bank provide loan on this property?
Verification of chain of title documents pertaining to Uttam Nagar is a very complex and tricky issue. one had to obtain entire chain of property documents and then verify the same from expert in the same field. there are so many simultaneous issues involving Verification of title in the wake of scores of frauds in the area. beware. engage professional.

If the chain is correct n Proper n has said deed then bank can give loan n u can buy the propert ..but u need to check all the papers properly …u can b in touch with us ..for any questions n others n please be in touch
