After the executing and registering the gift deed. The property will belong to you... The deed must mention that the gift is irrevocable., made out of love and affection and without any influence.

The only legal way.. Through which the deed can be revoked is through order of court. If you are liable to maintain your uncle...and if you are from Maharashtra then that case according to law if the gift is given to you in promise of maintaining your uncle who is Senior Citizen, he can ask the authority (usually the Collector) to revoke the gift.

Gift once given cannot be taken back.provided a valid gift deed is executed and the same is registered. It cannot be claimed back by the donor .
