16-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
I m a Hindu.can a divorcee daughter have a right on mothers property.if a will document is there.there are 2 siblings brother and sister.
and upon receiveing her right in property can she change the transfer that share in respect of an unborn person.
ultimately right of divorcee in her mother ancestral property or self acquired property is available.But if there is Will property would devolve as per testator will . for this content of will is necessary with your details.contact personally for this immediately.
This is my response to you:
1. Are you a beneficary of the Will?
2. If not then you may not have a claim;
3. Only if property is ancestral then you may have a claim;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
