You need to serve your tenants with an eviction notice giving them stipulated time period of 30-60 days to find an accommodation, in case of dispute you can file a suit for eviction in the court of law asking them to vacate the premises.

If the tenant s are ready to leave there is no dispute at all. But if they are not ready to leave voluntarily, first you will have to give a notice of eviction. Even after that if they don't leave you can file an eviction suit in the court.

Was there any agreement for tenancy ? If yes, then, what are the term terms and conditions of the said agreement ? Was any duties and obligations stipulated in the said Agreement ? Before giving any advice/opinion i do want to know these facts. Better to meet with relevant documents for just and proper opinion.
