Bought one plot in NOC zone few years back got registry done in 2013 and mutation in oct 2013. in april 2013 , seller registered pattanama in name of some company for 60 years without informing us . How can we remove pattanama from tehsil and what legal action can be taken against seller

You may file a civil suit for declaration to invalidate the pattanama and seek an injunction to prevent interference with your property. Furrher approach the Tehsildar to remove the pattanama from the revenue records by providing proof of ownership. Simultaneously consider filing a criminal case for fraud and cheating.
