My father has ancestral property... which he is selling continuosly since 20 years...we children have no private and government job..so we. Want immediately partition...or civil suit.

In hindu law, the property that your father inherited from his father, you all have the right in it since birth. if he is selling the property without giving you your portion, then you can file civil suit to render the sale of the property void.
