In hindu law, the property that your father inherited from his father, you all have the right in it since birth. if he is selling the property without giving you your portion, then you can file civil suit to render the sale of the property void. immediately contact an advocate of good standing and have a consultation. you must not waste time.

If you require legal assistance regarding a civil suit, you may contact me for proper guidance and consultation. Initially, you should collect all relevant documents related to the property, such as the sale deed, khatoni, revenue records, mutation papers, family details, and any other supporting documents establishing ownership or possession. After examining these documents and understanding the facts of the matter, we can prepare and file an appropriate civil suit for partition before the competent court. Along with the partition suit, an application for interim stay (temporary injunction) can also be filed to protect the property and prevent any sale, transfer, alienation, or creation of third-party rights during the pendency of the case.
